How BFSuppliers Ltd collects and uses personal information.

Who we are
This website is run by BFSuppliers Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11853642). Contact: info@bfsuppliers.com, +44 7778 135537.
What we collect
When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, request our guide, send a design brief or book a visit through Calendly, we receive the details you choose to give us — usually your name, contact details, postcode, information about your project and any photos you upload.
How forms are handled
Website forms are sent to us by email through our website host (Hostinger). Photos you upload are attached to that email; they are not published on the website. Photos you upload with a design brief are used only to prepare your design concept and quote.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, send the guide you asked for, prepare design concepts and quotes, and carry out and manage any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. If you request the guide we may follow up once by email about it; you can opt out at any time. If you also tick the optional box for tips and project ideas, we will send occasional marketing emails with an unsubscribe link in every message. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and uploaded photos that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, accounting and legal obligations (normally 6 years).
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our website and email host Hostinger, booking and accountants), and only as necessary.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
Cookies and similar storage are small files a website keeps in your browser. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you first visit, we ask which optional services you’re happy for us to load; you can change your choice at any time with (also in the footer).
