What do I receive?
A design concept as a PDF: a suggested layout for your wall, the material and finish we recommend, sizes, and notes on lighting, sockets and details. It’s a starting point we refine together.
How long does it take?
We aim to send concepts within a few working days of receiving your photos and details. Busy periods can take a little longer — we’ll tell you when to expect it.
What photos should I send?
A straight-on photo of the wall in daylight, one from the side, and any inspiration images you like. Rough measurements help a lot.
Is there a charge?
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll confirm before starting any design work — there are no surprises.
Can you fit the design too?
Yes — that’s what we do. Once you’re happy with the concept we arrange a visit and send a clear, itemised quote for supply and fitting.
